Welcome	Welcome to Jorja's Jewels. I design and produce everything in my shop.

Payment	I accept payment through Paypal (Currently working on setting it up) Please remit payment upon purchase.

Shipping	Orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping in the US is via USPS Priority Mail, tracking is included. International shipping is by First Class Mail International. Note to International Customers - All customs fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries will be the responsibility of the customer. International Shipping will take approximately 2 - 4 weeks. Tracking and insurance is not available for international shipments. Jorja's Jewels is not responsible for lost packages or items that have been damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges	Jorja's Jewels takes pride in delivering quality products and service to my customers. I want you to be happy with your purchase, if you're not satisfied, contact me. I will refund your purchase price, less shipping charges both ways if the item is returned with 7 days in its original condition. Custom order requests are non-refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs	Custom orders are welcome. Custom orders are made to order upon receipt of 50% of item cost. Cancellation of custom orders during item construction time will result in forfeit of all funds paid in advance by customer.
